Refund Policy
COSMICOO offers digital micro-experiences that unlock instantly after a successful payment. Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, refunds are handled under the rules below.
1) Digital delivery
When your payment is confirmed, your message (and any bonus content, if applicable) becomes available right away on the checkout success page.
2) No change-of-mind refunds after delivery
Once the digital content has been unlocked/delivered, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or if the content did not match expectations.
3) If something went wrong (we will help)
If you were charged but cannot access your message, or you experience a technical error (for example: the success page does not load, the message does not open, or a duplicate charge appears), please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
4) How to request support
Email us at rusticmadedecor@gmail.com with:
- Your payment email (if different)
- The product you unlocked (if known)
- The approximate time of purchase
- A short description of the issue + screenshots if possible
5) Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can fix the issue. Chargebacks may delay resolution and create extra processing time with the payment provider.
